Watched the Enchanted movie on Mon... it's so endearing!! Super comical, brings me back to fantasy land with Cinderella & Snow White... and it's sooooo very romantic..Two things that I'm strongly reminded about through the movie with regards to the building block of a r/s is to communicate! and never commit to a r/s based on a moment of passion only.
Never replace conversations, and acts of concerns by familarity assumptions. But verbalise your concerns, verbalize your affections and translate that into actions. Go for romantic and exciting dates even if the r/s is 10 years old. Make it new!
And never jump into a r/s just because of real strong initial chemistry without first really getting to know the other person.
At the end of the day, when the initial chemistry dies off, what holds is the understanding, care, trust, love and communication between 2 parties. yupp...
Certain parts of the show was real absurd. Especially when she started singing and all the rats, cockroaches and birds appeared and helped her with the household chores!! It was rather sick looking at the roaches and rats, but the idea's rather cool though.
Maybe it was originally meant to be so. That roaches and rats were meant to help and not destroy, friends and not foes. hmmm.. will that include LIZARDS?!! Oh man.. yucks..
anyway...it's a really nice, "feel-good", happily ever after show! Leaves me happy!!
Amy Adam's acted well I thought. Mister Mok and I concluded that she looks alittle like Nicole Kidman.. pretty!! And I think Patrick Dempsey looks a little like Wolverine!!
lalalala... feel like watching Beauty and the beast and Cinderella now..
And they lived happily ever after..... THE END....
